Mais ce ne sont pas tous les sports qui sont conseill\u00e9s. Les sports trop violents ou ceux qui sont pratiqu\u00e9s avec un \u00e9quipement inadapt\u00e9 sont n\u00e9fastes pour votre dos. Si vous faites de la course \u00e0 pied, ayez de bonnes chaussures qui amortissent vos foul\u00e9es et qui ne risquent pas de fragiliser votre colonne vert\u00e9brale. Dans tous les cas, rappelez-vous que le dos a besoin de sport.
